Internal Coach Certification Program
This training is designed to build a cohort of Internal Coaches who’d be able to apply the principles and practices of coaching into the company’s work environment. Curriculum includes 5 modules delivering core knowledge, participatory activities, practice and assessment. All Internal Coaches will receive individual coaching by an experience coach throughout the program and for the duration of their first coaching engagement with assigned Coachee.
