What I Can Do For You
When I am asked what I do for a living, I like to say I am a career caddy. I carry the tools to optimize players’ performance, but the talent and prowess is that of the client. Every client is potentially the equivalent of a workplace Tiger Woods. My experience has taught me to be aware of the challenges and obstacles of the career playing field along with the best strategies to play the game.
What do I do? I...
motivate clients to uncover career dreams
offer expertise, tools and resources to set and achieve career goals
point out things along the way that clients may not notice
support clients when they struggle to achieve their goals
cheer for clients as they make progress

Choiceful Path 5 Guiding Rules:
1. No Failures
There are no mistakes or failures, only lessons and opportunities. The lessons learned along the way are frequently challenging. Embracing these lessons lead to a life-long journey of self-discovery and growth. When we look at the bigger picture, it's often the 'failures' in our life that can actually turn out to be our greatest successes.

2. No Advice
The coaching process is designed to help clients find their own answers and solutions. The best advice is no advice. Each of us needs to follow our own intrinsic values, desires, and instincts to make the decisions that are right for our life. The answers are within us as is the power to turn things around.
3. No Judgment
We are all unique. There’s a story behind every person; a story we know very little about. We are all on some type of journey. We can never fully understand someone else’s journey unless we walk in their shoes. Passing judgment blocks insights and growth. Wisdom is found in compassion, understanding, and acceptance.

4. No Fear
Setting goals and making changes means facing layer after layer of fear and resistance. We need to muster up our courage and the energy to get past our fear. We should never ever let fear cheat us out of our dreams. There are always choices. We can outsmart fear and self –doubt to create our opportunities through deliberate soul searching and choiceful actions.

5. No Excuses
Purpose is the reason for the things we do. Drive is the unshakable commitment to achieve that dream. Being driven means working relentlessly to turn our dreams into a reality even when we are thrown a curve ball or stumble. We either make ourselves accountable, or we’d never achieve our goals. Success doesn’t just happen, it needs to be created. We have to live by choice and make changes, not excuses.

Career success is simple: Dare to dream. Be aware of your choices. Take choiceful actions.
