Introduction Session
Choosing the right coach is very important to ensure a successful experience. It is about comfort, trust, and emotional rapport and connection.
To get started, schedule your complimentary 30 minute session.
We will discuss what coaching is and how my process works. We’ll get a clear picture of your goals and expectation, and I will answer any questions you may have.
Your First Session
Your answers to the Client Questionnaire will help start our coaching work together.
We will explore what’s important to you and what motivates you.
During this session, we will start getting to the heart of the plan to achieve your goals.
Ongoing Sessions
The best way to benefit from coaching is to commit to a minimum of three months. I highly recommend an initial engagement of six 60-minute sessions over a 3-month period (bi-weekly sessions).
Together we’ll create a career coaching plan that will work for you.
